Refund Policy Web Server
If you’re not completely satisfied or If you change your mind to not running your business after purchase our package then we will give you back your money, but we just cut 1 year domain cost. For the refund you need to Contact Us within 30 days form the pruchase date
Web Hosting Refunds are not available for .COM, .NET, .ORG or any other domain names, SSL Certificates, Domain Transfer In fees, Domain Transfer Out fees, or any other products or services provided by Web Hosting PikoHost through other companies.
No refunds will be made if we terminate your Web hosting or other services due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any other violation of our Terms and Conditions.
All kind of Web server Setup fees are non-refundable.
Free Domain Conditions
Within 3 months you cannot transfer the domain to another host should you wish. The domain also may not be transferred to another client during this time.
One domain name will be registered free of charge per account with yearly package.
Web Hosting Resellers Account
Web Hosting Resellers may use their website for personal use or to sell to their own clients. Resellers cannot host free accounts under any circumstances.
Transfer
Free transfer only applicable for Plesk to Plesk transfer. For any manual transfer charge is $15
We will transfer up to 25 accounts free of charge for Reseller. Each account thereafter is charged at $1 each.
For VPS or Dedicated Server, root to root transfer is free and there is no account transfer limit. Non Root to Root transfer limit is 25 accounts, thereafter is charged at $1 each
Account Payments
We will perform the following actions. If a Web Hosting | WordPress Hosting | Web Hosting Reseller | VPS account has a past due invoice:
- 1 – 3 Days – No Action Taken
- 4 Days – Accounts are suspended
- 7 Days – Late Fee Added
- 30 Days – Accounts will be terminated.
Termination Account & Registration
During the time you create an account or fill up the registration form, all the information you will provide us should be complete, accurate and up to date. Any types of incomplete, inaccurate or confusing information will result in immediate termination of your account and registration.
The Violation
Don’t use any type of content found on PikoHost website as these are our property. Any sort of modification, distribution, download, copy or transmission of these contents without our prior written consent will be considered as the violation of our privacy.
The Account Privacy
You are totally responsible for the privacy and security issue of your accounts and password. Any unauthorized access in or use of your client’s account on our website should be informed to us. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit contents or permanently remove the user account.
Over Usages:
Per 1GB Disk space over usages fee $1, Per 10 GB Bandwidth over usages fee $2
Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify or change these terms at any time, if you don’t agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use access in PikoHost website.
